Luke is the Founder of The Body Project and sets the coaching standard within the gym. With a background in the Fire Service, competitive bodybuilding, and elite-level sport, his approach is built on precision, structure, and long-term progression.
A biomechanics specialist, qualified nutritionist and Personal trainer mentor, Luke’s coaching is grounded in understanding how the body truly moves and adapts. His experience ranges from winning over 50 trophies in football during his playing career to earning his bodybuilding Pro Card and completing multiple professional photo-shoots giving him both performance and physique-based insight at the highest level.
If your goal is to transform your physique through losing body fat or building muscle, Luke provides the exact structure and accountability required to achieve it. His coaching is not based on guesswork, it is built on data, assessment and progression.
Every client begins with a detailed assessment analysing joint range, structural imbalances and movement patterns. From there, programmes are built entirely around the individual, no generic templates. Exercise selection, set-up and execution are tailored to anatomy, goals and long-term development.
Having guided numerous clients through major physique transformations and professional photo-shoots, Luke works primarily with men and women who already train but want to elevate their physique to a higher standard.
