Sophie

Sophie is a Level 2 Gym Instructor currently working towards her Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

At The Body Project, Sophie plays a key role in creating a friendly and supportive environment. She helps build the strong community we’re known for, ensuring every member feels welcomed, supported, and confident in their training.

Her journey into fitness started with her own transformation, losing over 50kg and going on to complete two photoshoots. This experience has given her a deep understanding of both the physical and mental challenges that come with making lasting change, something she now uses to support others through their own journey.

She has a strong passion for learning and developing her understanding of biomechanics, allowing her to take a more informed and thoughtful approach when working with clients. Alongside this, she continues to push her own physical and mental limits, leading by example in everything she does.

Outside of the gym, Sophie enjoys hiking, solo travelling, and exploring new places.
